About: My formal name is Kathrin Bittner, but as long as I can remember my family and friends are calling me Jule. I've been a doll collector and doll designer for many years. Dolls are THE perfect outlet for my creative ideas.
I descent from a family that has always enjoyed all kinds of crafts and handiworks. My most precious childhood memories are my mother creating things with fabrics and needle and my beloved grandfather giving me drawing and painting classes. I received my first sewing machine at the age of 10, a straight stitch treadle machine. Since then I have taken numerous various arts and crafts classes and have steadily developed my skills. I attended and graduated from a Graphic Design school. 

 
I take great pride in the quality of my work, I pay as much attention as somehow realizable to the details . Whenever possible the outfits are fully lined. They close with tiny zippers or metal snaps. When, due to avoidance of bulk, lining isn't possible the seams are finished with the serger or French seams. Only perfectly finished items will leave my smoke and pet free studio to reside in the collections of my customers.

Shipping/Prices: Please note: We are located in Germany but all the prices on this website are given in US$.
International shipments will be sent via German Post Air Mail, which usually takes between 5-7 days.
Shipping rates vary between $3 (for small items like jewelry) and $5.50 and up for outfits, depending on the actual weight and size of your package. You only pay actual shipping costs. The German Post doesn't offer insurance for packages shipped to the USA, but your items can be sent for an additional $2.70 as registered Air Mail which makes them trackable. I will not be responsible for the loss of packages that were NOT shipped as registered Air Mail. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

Commissions/Custom Orders: It is always a great pleasure for me to make custom works for my customers, however commissions are accepted only on a limited basis as my schedule allows. 
Payment is expected with 50% due upon acceptance of Commission booking, and the remaining due upon completion and final approval. I require the deposit to hold your commission date when it is offered to you. 

 

Payment Terms:  At this time I can accept payments made through PayPal and within the European Union via euro bank transfer (please inquire for details and IBAN). 
Time payments (layaways) can be arranged and are welcomed, however a small service charge may be added to compensate for PayPal fees if multiple electronic payments are made. Please inquire for details.
